Protecting our customer’s personal property is of utmost importance. So, before the service, we coordinate with our customer’s to clear the area of furniture, plants, and other requested obstacles. For heavily stained areas, a specialized cleaning solution may be applied beforehand to break down grime, oil, or mold. Finally, the surface is inspected for cracks or vulnerable spots that may require lower pressure or special care during washing.

Once the area is prepped, we start our wash! At NuShine, we use an oscillating tip, also known as a rotary or turbo nozzle. Unlike other nozzles, it rapidly rotates a narrow, high-powered stream in a circular motion, creating a cone-shaped spray pattern. This oscillating action allows it to cover more surface area while keeping surfaces in tact.. For more difficult projects, we utilize hot water tanks, that cut through the most stubborn stains. The intense heat also helps sanitize surfaces by killing mold, mildew, and bacteria—great for cleaning outdoor furniture, siding, and patios.

After pressure washing, we apply a sealer to help protect surfaces like concrete, pavers, and wood from future damage. Once the surface is fully dry, the sealer is evenly applied to create a protective barrier against moisture, stains, UV rays, and mildew. This not only preserves the clean look but also extends the life of the material. Sealing enhances color, prevents cracking and fading, and makes future cleanings easier and more effective.
